Dubai Police Safety Compagin

​ On Monday the 6th of November 2017, Dubai Police organized a Safety campaign in the Vegetable market in Al-Aweer area under the logo: “Truck Drivers Campaign – Safety on the road”. The Dubai Police staff including some high ranked officials were present to organize this campaign.

The visitors and truck drivers were shown multiple videos about the road accidents and recommendations were given for vehicle maintenance and regular medical checkup of the drivers. A vehicle inspection mobile equipment was installed at the Tasjeel center and a truck demonstration was given to everyone present.

Just after the inspection of Tasjeel, the Michelin team from CTC did technical inspection of the vehicles and their tyre’s along with giving advice to the drivers in the presence of Dubai Police Officials. The briefing was given by Mr. Wael and Mr. Naeem of the Michelin Team.

Mr. Najib Chakthoura, Head of Michelin department briefed Mr. Saif, Brigadier Dubai Police and other officials about Michelin’s activities and participations in most RTA safety campaigns and highlighted it’s social responsibility in this regard. He also communicated the Michelin’s role to offer the best products and after sales service to end users to ensure the implementation of the given recommendations forthe maintenance of the tyre’s.

The main sponsor was Total lubricants and the Michelin team was requested to participate for the recommendations of tyre’s service.
